It is recommended that all audience members see both Parts of the play for the full experience and story of THE INHERITANCE.
When your checkout is complete for Part 1 on our ticketing partner’s page, you will be prompted to purchase your ticket(s) for Part 2. Click on this prompt and you will be placed in the flow to purchase a ticket to Part 2 on a date of your choosing.
If you would like to sit in or close to the same seats for both Parts, it is advised that you complete your purchase for both Parts at the same time. If desired seats are not available for a given performance of Part 2, try another available performance date.
While we encourage you to see both Parts for the full THE INHERITANCE experience, buying each Part separately is an option. We do recommend purchasing a ticket to Part 1 first as elements in Part 2 may be unclear as characters and plot points are referenced throughout Part 2.
Following Part 1, if you would like to purchase tickets to Part 2, please visit the Box Office before leaving the venue or come back to this site and select your next Part 2 performance date.
THE INHERITANCE is recommended for ages 16+ due to language and some nudity. Please note that children under the age of 4 are not permitted in the theatre.
Part 1 is approximately 3 hours, 15 minutes including 2 intermissions. Part 2 is approximately 3 hours, 10 minutes including 1 intermission & a brief pause.
The Barrymore Theatre box office is open during the following times.
Monday – Saturday: 10am – 8pm
Sunday: Noon – 6pm (When there is an evening performance, open until curtain.)
No future sales 30 minutes before start of performance.

A limited number of $40 general rush seats are available for each performance. Visit the box office on the day of the performance to purchase. Limit 2 tickets per person. Tickets from $39 are also available in advance through all points of sale.
